1. Have the Driver stop
2. Take photos of the damage
3. Try to contact the property owner
4. Give Jasons info (Name Phone number)
5. Get Property owners Info (Name and Phone number)
6. Post in Discord channel Internal Incidents
   1. Property Owners Name
   2. Property Owners Phone number
   3. Address
   4. Photos of Incident
   5. Driver involved
7. Follow up with Jason if an LMET and Incident report in chime is needed.

Stuck Vehicle

1. Calm the Driver if needed
2. Get Photos of the vehicle and how it is stuck
3. Get Photos of entire van with perspective of how its stuck
4. Photos of access to the Vehicle
5. Get address of where the vehicle is stuck
6. Notify Fleet assistant who is on for the day (Nick G, Ryan K, Joe B)

Injuries

1. Collect Address of where injury happened
2. Collect time of when injury happened
3. Post details of what happened in Discord Channel Internal Incidents
4. If driver mentions they are seeking medical attention LMET and Incident report is needed
   1. All Dog Bites need to be reported Via LMET and Chime

Accidents

1. Have driver remain on scene of accident
2. Call 911 if needed
3. Provide Jasons contact info and insurance
4. Collect other individuals info (Name, Phone Number, Insurance)
5. File Police Report
6. LMET
7. Chime
